The sale of our family home was a whirl wind! There were numerous showings and our $400,000 home sold in 24 hours at $35,000 over asking. We are grateful to David for the way the transaction was handled, were thrilled with the outcome and recommend him as an Agent if you are Selling your home.
I was referred to David Sokol through an agent from a different town to help me sell my home in Hamilton because he was familiar with the Niagara region. He had a positive attitude and was very friendly: always willing to help in any way he could. He used all means to get the job done (realtor book and social media) which I was impressed with the result. I am thankful for his help. Thank you David.
I philosophy I try to improve upon each and every day.
I purchased my first home at the age of 24 and have been a successful real estate investor ever since. When I transitioned from working in the high risk insurance industry to helping people buy and sell properties I was able to combine my business savvy with my passion for Real Estate and the result?
A whole new level of service.
"Be not afraid of growing slowly. Be afraid only of standing still."
I believe there are no limits in life. I enjoy meeting new people and building new relationships.
A Wealth of Experience

I'm straightforward and will tell you what is and isn't. It is important you work with someone you trust. I will work tirelessly to help you realize your real estate goals.
I am able to put Buyers and Sellers at ease through the course of their transactions - just like a good friend. When it comes to one of life's most important investments, it's nice to know you have a friend in the business.
Show Your Home to Best Advantage
Question: David, We are moving in January, do you have a checklist for us?
Of course! Whether Buyer or Seller, moving can be stressful and the enormity of the job can overwhelm even if you live sparingly and are organized. Having a successful move means taking care of details one at a time. Break the jobs down to manageable bites and arrange your time accordingly. You will get a sense of satisfaction by crossing them off one by one.
